A Change Professional with close to 21 years track record in General Management within multinational like Danone, AOL, Bel and regional companies, followed by 9 years of consulting & coaching practice, I draw my experience from tenures served in Europe, North Africa, Levant and the GCC.
On the Business front, I have initiated and contributed to establish strategic expansion plans, led business development assignments, built operational set-ups, as well as formed and animated dynamic teams of high-potential talents.
On the people development front, I have contributed to building tailor-made Leadership, assessment & development centers, and facilitating culture integration projects through appreciative inquiry and fair process to hone the organizational capability for inclusion and build its differentiating edge thanks to diversity.
In order to keep abreast with the ongoing evolution in leadership models and organizational behaviors, I have pursued a degree in Executive Coaching and Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas as well as an Executive Master in change Management from INSEAD-Singapore with a specific focus on Clinical approach to Management within large organizations.
